> Cool Climate Collective is an investor-operator syndicate and fund (est. 2021) backing early-stage climate technology across four domains: electrons, atoms, flows, and signals. It typically writes the first check at pre-seed and seed ($100k–$350k), runs deal-by-deal SPVs with a $1k minimum for syndicate members, offers climate secondaries and co-investment, and is the founding node of the Emrgnce ecosystem alongside Fifth Wave Fund (maritime deep tech, built with lomarlabs).
